| What if i want to return items ? |

| A.Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. However, if you order the wrong item, and are not completely satisfied with the items you receive or simply want to return your goods, you must arrange for them to be returned to us. And provided they are received by us in good condition (i.e. the same condition when you received the goods), we will refund the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred. If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 2 days of receipt otherwise no claims will be entertained. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded and/or not charged. |

| *We strongly advise our customers to check and verify product(s) upon delivery. If you discover that goods are damaged, we will replace that goods as soon as we can or full refund amount paid. |

| Some items/conditions are NOT allowed to return. For items which has obvious sign of use, custom order by customer, goods purchase from other Sellers, original genuine product etc. |

| The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will NOT be any refund. My Tayar Price will NOT be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. |

| Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 1 Month after the confirmation. |

Shipment & Installation Policy

| We don't provide any shipment of products at the moment. All purchase may self pickup at our workshop or pick an installation date during order check out. Installtion is FREE. |
